Admission Criteria


ADMISSION : Parents/Guardians seeking admission of their child/ward should first obtain Application form and prospectus on Payment of Rs 200.00 and go through them carefully. Being satisfied submit application for admission along with Birth certificate/Transfer certificate and 2 copies of the recent passport size photographs of the child.
Admission to Pre Nursery to Std-1 is strictly on first cum first admitted basis with basic with Birth Certificate. Transfer certificate and mark sheet from the previous school is a 'MUST' for admission to class II and above the school issuing such certificate should be recognized by the Govt. or Board. T.C. should be countersigned by the competent authority i.e. D.I/C.I. of schools.
VERY IMPORTANT : The date of birth and name once recorded will be final. The Parents/Guardians will have to give an undertaking to the effect that the date of birth entered by him/her in the application form is final and that he/she will not apply for any changes in it at any time of future. Both father and mother are to be present at the time of admission as they are to sign the admission register. The application for admission without required documents will not be entertained
ELIGIBILITY Age is the another factor for admission. The age group of the students for admission to Pre-Nursery is 2+, Nur is 3+, and K.G is 4+ and so on as on 1 April
WITHDRAWLS : One month's notice or one month's fees shall be paid before withdrawl of a student. In case of T.C. parents/ Guardians should apply one week before and clear up all dues of the school including T.C. charge. The T.C. will be issued on verification of records. In case of misconduct or otherwise compulsory T.C. shall be issued to concerned student T.C fees Rs. 200/- (to be paid before T.C. is issued)
ACCOMODATION : School is running at Machhuati, Salipur, Class rooms are well furnished with ceiling fans, benches, tables, baby chairs, models, black board, white board and other necessary articles. Apart from well ventilated and well furnished computer Lab, Science Lab,smart class, excellent sanitary and zero Bacteria drinking water is provided to all the students at the school.
CURRICULUM : For Pre-Nursery- English. Hindi, Rhymes (Eng & Hindi), Numbers, Pictures dictionary G.K. and Conv. (oral only), Activity & Drawing. For Nursery to K.G. - English, Math, G.Sc, Hindi (written), G.K & Conv (oral), Drawing STD-1 to V:- Lit, Lang, Hindi, Odia, Math, G.Sc., Computer, SST. M.Sc., G.K., Conv., Drawing and craft. STD-V to X: - The school follows the syllabus and curriculum prescribed by NCERT, New Delhi and the pattern of teaching is according to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)

Rules & Regulations


TIMINGS :
The school is running in two shifts. The School functions 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Pre-Nursery to Std-II 6.45 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. STD-III to onwards 11 a.m. to 4.15 p.m. To meet Principal 10 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. (The above timings are subject to change)
MORNING ASSEMBLY :
It gives a unique opportunity and best platform to the children to inculcate many a good habits of human culture. It is congregation of staff members and the students where, in addition
ATTENDANCE AND WITHDRAWAL :
75% attendance is must for promotion to the next higher class. On medical ground attendance can be considered by 10% only by the Principal. For continuous absence of a child for 30 days or more, the name may be struck off without notice
SCHOOL UNIFORM :
All the students should come in full prescribed uniform, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the classroom. The uniform should be neat and clean.
BOYS: Blue white check with half sleeve shirt and blue half pant, black shoes, black socks with neck tie and school belt. On Saturday white half shirt, white pant and white canvas or shoes and white socks are to be used for drill class. In winter only V neck blue sweater and blue cap is allowed. Hair should be cut short. Baggy trousers are not permitted in the School.
GIRLS: Blue white check with half sleeve shirt, blue tunic, black shoes, black socks with black ribbon/hair band, neck tie and school belt. In winter only blue sweater and blue head scarf is allowed. On Saturday white half sleeve Shirt, White skirt and white canvas or shoes and white socks are to be used for drill class.
HOLIDAYS :
Compulsory: Sunday
Optional: To be intimated through School diary/notices
SCHOOL DIARY/ NOTICES :
Parents may go through the list of holidays given the diary for general holidays.
IDENTITY CARD :
The School will provide identity card on payment. Each student should bring his/her identity card to school everyday.

Remember that study is your first duty as a student. Therefore, do not omit or neglect your homework and assignment.
FEW WORDS TO THE PARENTS/ GUARDIANS :
Please ensure that your children are neatly dressed and they attend school regularly and punctually.
Your children should study their lessons regularly and do their homework properly.
No gold or artificial decorative ornaments are allowed for girls.
You are requested not to send your sick child to school.
As far as possible, parents are advised to avoid meeting their wards and ask for short leave during school hours.
Direct contact of parents with teachers about the progress of the pupils should be avoided. The principal may be contacted for any such matter
